Farm Legal Partnership
The Farm Legal Partnership gives your farm or ranch a lawyer you can call, for one flat monthly fee. The lawyer already knows your land, your leases, and your family plan. You call early, before a small problem grows.
Who it is for
Farm and ranch families in Nebraska and Minnesota. It fits best when you rent land, have more than one entity, or have family members working in the operation.
What it helps with
- Cash rent, crop share, and pasture leases
- Custom farming and hired work agreements
- LLC and partnership upkeep, minutes, and owner changes
- Land questions, easements, and access
- Keeping your estate and succession plan current
- Quick questions before you sign something
How it works
- Flat monthly fee. You know the cost each month. We set it after a call about your needs.
- Month to month. No long contract.
- A set amount of help. Each level includes a defined amount of work. You can move up or down.
- Big projects quoted separately. A land purchase, a merger, or a full estate plan gets its own flat-fee quote.
- Summer timing. Service is lighter in July and August. You can choose to pause during those months.
What it does not cover
We do not handle lawsuits or contested court cases. If a matter turns into a lawsuit, we help you find trial counsel. See what we don’t do.
Common questions
We rarely need a lawyer. Is this for us? Maybe not. Start with the Annual Legal Checkup to see what needs attention.
Can I cancel? Yes. It is month to month. Work already started must be finished or handed off the right way.
Book a 30-minute call to see which level fits. Not sure you need ongoing help? Ask about a one-time Annual Legal Checkup.
